Forged spam claiming to be from Hoare.com

There is a large amount of spam being sent showing "from" addresses with random account names apparently at the domain hoare.com (and also the domains addresso.com, dotlord.com and morewords.com, amongst others).

These return addresses are fraudulent (false, forged, fake). NONE of the spam email advertising their con tricks has been sent through or from this domain, server or ISP. The spammers generate thousands of random (non-existant) addresses at random domains. No "reply" address on spam is ever accurate.

The spam is being sent using hundreds of hijacked Windows computers on broadband connections around the world. It is impossible to take any action against them, as they are on hundreds of ISPs. The web servers are often in China, the current centre of spam server hosting, so there's no way to get the server accounts cancelled either.

Many spam sites are now being run by organized crime syndicates, so you'd think law enforcement would be interested in fraud on such a massive global scale. But in reality there's so many countries involved they give up.

To repeat: none of the spam email was sent from or through here. There is nothing anybody can do to stop any spammer forging any return address. Unfortunately, it's just a matter of time before they forge yours, and you may start getting hundreds of bounced emails a day (that you never sent) and complaints...
